We offer returns and refunds within 30 days of purchase; the item must be unused and in the same condition at delivery. Refunds do not apply for custom signs unless deemed faulty or damaged. Please note that faulty or damaged does not include grind marks or imperfections. You can choose between a refund to your original payment method, store credit or a replacement of the same value.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our products, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement that ensures full satisfaction. Faulty items must be returned to within 10 days of your requested refund.
